ZenRobotics Recycler is sold with extensive and professional world-wide service and aftersales package called ZenRobotics Care™. It consists of delivery, installation, training, optimization services. The guarantee, service & maintenance levels provided depend on what kind of maintenance contract the customer wants.
The maintenance contract comes in two flavors: Basic Care or Comprehensive Care. Comprehensive contract guarantees easy operation and foreseeable costs, the Basic contract utilizes time and materials based billing.
ZenRobotics Care Desk
ZenRobotics Care Desk has 3 components:
- Phone support. In the improbable case you would encounter any difficulties with ZRR, you are never alone. ZenRobotics Care desk is a 24/7 phone support that helps you in all your ZRR related needs.
- Remote care. ZenRobotics provides remote care by means of on-line diagnostics and remote maintenance service by ZR specialists. This means that ZenRobotics geniuses can remotely check what is the status of the ZRR and make adjustments if needed. The system is partly automated but can also be summoned when needed, e.g. via ZenRobotics Care desk.
- Rapid deliveries of spare parts can also be ordered via the ZenRobotics Care desk.
