ZRR Heavy Picker

ZenRobotics Recycler’s Heavy Picker (ZRR HP) model is the strongest guy on the block. The system can pick large objects up to 20 kg, all day long without breaking a sweat! ZRR HP is designed to improve the efficiency of excavator sorting. Consider ZRR Heavy Picker if you are dealing with one-meter planks of wood, or stones and pieces of metal that are so heavy you would have to hire bodybuilders for your hand picking line. Free tip: never make bodybuilders angry (there are scary movies on this subject — from robots’ perspective, too!).

ZRR Fast Picker

This is the fast boy of the family. Choose ZRR Fast Picker (ZRR FP) if you would like to pick a lot of hand-sized objects from your waste. ZRR Fast Picker can pick up to 5 kg objects, and it can do it.. Well.. Fast! Every ZRR FP is designed to relieve up to 15 human waste sorters from their hazardous and unhealthy task of picking objects from waste.

ZenRobotics Recycler: The Two Installation Options

Standalone installation

Standalone ZRR installations are meant for independent operation. The Standalone installation option does not require any existing process. You can install both the ZRR Heavy Picker and the ZRR Fast Picker as standalone. The Standalone installation will not bother your existing processes.

ZRR Standalone installations are excellent for running multiple-shift or even 24/7 operations. Possibly even in plants that are otherwise closed during the darkest hours!

Retrofit installation

Retrofit ZRR installations are meant to integrate into existing processes. Both the ZRR Heavy Picker and the ZRR Fast Picker can be added to any waste sorting line. The model to be used is selected based on the customer’s requirements. The Retrofit installation option is designed for larger operations, e.g. when replacing human sorters in larger plants and facilities.
